Continue through the checkout process making sure all information has been filled out.
Print two copies of the final order form, you keep one and mail the other to us along with all the bands needed for the prize(s) selected and a CHECK OR MONEY ORDER for the shipping charges payable to UNITED TOBACCO INC. to the address below.

Once we receive your bands, order printout and a CHECK OR MONEY ORDER FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES, we will send your prize(s). All items will be shipped UPS Ground from our facilities and can only be delivered within the contiguous 48 states. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
