FAQ - Where do I mail the Order Form; Cigar Bands and Check or Money Order?

FAQ - Can I have my order delivered to a US Post Office?

No. All items are shipped UPS GROUND ONLY, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

FAQ - How many items can I get?

As many as you like, as long as you have the necessary number of bands for redemption.

FAQ - Can I buy something I like?

No. These prizes are for redemption purposes only.

FAQ - How long do I have to send in my order form; bands and payment?

Envelopes containing the orderform; bands and payment, must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the order date.

FAQ - What is your return policy?

A defective item can be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of receipt. Simply send us the defective item (you pay freight to us), and we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost to you. Just make sure and include a note indicating the reason for the return to the address above.
